Purchaser acknowledges the title to the above purchased merchandise remains vested in Manny’s Enterprise, Inc. until paid in full. Purchaser shall pay all cost of enforcing vendor rights, legal or otherwise, cost of collection and all reasonable attorney’s fees in the event this invoice is placed with an attorney for collection, whether a suit is brought or not. Interest shall accrue at maximum rate by law on past due invoices. Purchaser agrees that the laws of the state of Florida shall govern this agreement and any interpretation or construction thereof, and that the exclusive venue and the court having jurisdiction shall be Broward County, Florida.
Claims are not allowed unless reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. We are HACCP certified # 2109-93033-652. Seafood stored at temperatures below -4 degrees Fahrenheit for over 7 days before delivery according to state regulations. The receiver of any purchased merchandise and / or his agent agree to the above conditions of sale and acknowledge receipt of any frozen merchandise at 0 degrees and in good order.
